According to the study, dozens of organs - mostly kidneys - are destroyed every year, and many others are critically delayed when being shipped on commercial airliners. The problem of the lack of the required number of donor organs is significant. Despite the rapid development of science in the field of tissue cultivation, it is difficult now to imagine the possibility of growing kidneys or liver to those in need.
The main problem of damage to transplants is the expiration of the storage time, damage. Organs live 4-12 hours outside the body with the current preservation system.
Using the first method will allow you to save the organ for a long time, a more expensive option, and the third will allow you to save it for up to 24 hours, while without the possibility of significantly damaging the cells, by filling the organ with a gas mixture based on carbon monoxide.
Considering in general the possible options for preserving the organ, you can find several: perfusion – the passage of fluid through the organ replacing blood, preservation by low temperatures, in the region of 4, as well as preservation under gas pressure. The standard method of conservation often leads to the loss of good condition of the cells of the organ, which increases the possibility of its marriage or will lead to a long habituation. Having considered the other two methods, they seemed optimal for this system.
The shape of the aircraft is strongly tied to the aerodynamics and features of the drone. Using a hybrid system, it will be possible to achieve maneuverability and stability, but this also imposes a restriction on the shape. It is necessary to take into account aerodynamic loads, the influence of the shape of the wings and their bends when creating a shape for the possibility of modulating the blowing.
